Our vision for our members includes significant involvement in areas of ministry. The church works within the gift-based ministry environment. Every believer has God-given gifts that should be explored and put to use.
Individuals who have committed to membership explore their giftedness with the help of counsel from The Sanctuary ministers. As members grow in their gift experience, their ministry focus sharpens. Their involvement will continually adjust to target their unique gifts and callings.
Each member commits to being a Helper. That means that each applies his or her gifts to one or more ministry areas at The Sanctuary.
